Elektrischer Porzellanwärmer

DHP is the product code for the porcelain heating plate, which will be used as a substitute for heaters. This DHP code is accompanied by four other codes mentioned in between with a separator line, such as DHP-P1, which refers to the P1 heater, which has its own dimensions and performance. Below are the types we have in production, explained with their codes, dimensions, and performances.

These heaters are produced in 4 (four) sizes to accommodate any type of indoor environment where they will be installed on suitable walls, according to thermodynamics rules.

Here are the specifications of the heating plates with all the methods included in the HEAT solution, but porcelain stone plates are not included in the price because there are many types of plates, and the price of the plate varies depending on the choice of the plate.

DHP-P1D; 600×1200 cm Price = €273.00
DHP-P2D; 800×1600 cm Price = €399.10
DHP-P3D; 1200×1200 cm Price = €448.50
DHP-P4D; 1200×2400 cm Price = €898.30

FHS1. This code is applied to floor tiles. The floor tiles are installed according to the selected measurements by the customer. The price for the work on these tiles is calculated per square meter (m2) of the chosen floor.

In the floor system, the electrical structure is prepared for areas ranging from 10 to 150 square meters (m2) and is known as CND-1.

For areas above 150 up to 300 square meters (m2), the electrical structure of the division is prepared and known as CND2.

During the installation of underfloor heating, the number of square meters installed must be taken into consideration. The electrical box should be adjusted according to the square meters of the components.

In the heated floor system, the tiles are not included in the price, as the consumer decides which tile to use, and this is added to the price of hiring the heated tiles.

FHS1 – D; 600X1200, 800X1600, 1200X1200 CM Price = €45.50 per square meter (m2)
CND1 – ELECTRICAL CONTROL BOX Price = €590.00
CND2 – ELECTRICAL CONTROL BOX Price = €740.00

This code identifies the wood heater, which we have measured in three sizes to fit the spaces where it will be used for heating. This type of heater has a heating plate installed inside it, as well as a digital controller that keeps the temperature of the plate under control and provides direct access to the person who can set the desired temperature in their room. This heater also has flaps that allow air circulation, making the room heating faster. The wood heater is fully enclosed and gives the environment the feeling of being heated by burning wood [like a traditional fireplace].

R-R1 – D: 600 x 1200 cm Price = €702.00
R-R2 – D: 600 x 1600 cm Price = €982.80
R-R3 – D: 600 x 1800 cm Price = €1060.00

DM. It is the code for mirror defogging solution, which can be used in our bathrooms or hallways, where it has achieved good results, such as in the bathroom during a shower, where by doing the same thing, you will never fog up but will appear dry with a clear view.
The price of the mirror defogging solution is calculated per square meter.

MD. – Price of the defogging mirror = €312.00 per square meter.

Warning for electric heating with porcelain stove plates and radiator replacement

Electric heating with porcelain stove plates, with carbon crystal, is suitable for floor heating and is a suitable alternative to wall radiators.
Make sure to switch off the electrical outlet when you leave the house or when there is no one in the room for an extended period of time.
Please use a temperature thermostat, place the temperature sensor point on the heating surface or in a location where heat is concentrated, and adjust the temperature according to your needs by controlling the maximum temperature in real-time.
Do not place the porcelain electric heating plate under beds, sofas, and other furniture that do not have legs or where heat dissipation is difficult to prevent damage to the porcelain plate from localized heating.
Do not place the porcelain electric heating on an uneven or unsuitable surface for installing floor plates or wall radiators. Problems caused by improper installation have nothing to do with the product.
When the temperature rises for the first time or after a long period of non-use, start with a low temperature. After reaching a low temperature of 15-20 degrees for a period, adjust to the ideal temperature. It is recommended not to exceed 30 degrees on the floor and 55 degrees on the radiator.
The problem caused by incorrect thermostat operation has nothing to do with this product.

Installation Guide

Articles must be confirmed before construction
• Confirm the overall performance of the installation site and whether the performance is sufficient when used with other products at the same time. If the capacity is insufficient, additional energy is required.
• Determine the laying surface according to the purpose of the land, the minimum winter temperature, and the nature of the land insulation. If window or wall insulation is not in good condition, this should be explained to the customer.
• Make sure the site is dry and will not be moist again and decide if installation is required based on the situation.
• Clean the floor and keep it clean and free of debris. Please clean the bottom part of the groove or other debris on the ground to prevent damage to the bottom part of the electric heater.

Clean and apply the adhesive layer
• Choose a water-insoluble and flame-resistant insulation layer for construction. if
The installation of synthetic floors can cause fires. Make sure to choose a special layer
Waterproof to prevent moisture penetration and use silicone or similar adhesives
Insulating layer between the plates.
Installation of porcelain electric heating plates
• Place the heating element in a straight line along the cutting line near the wall corresponding to the installation area.
• During installation, the maximum power of electric heating under the floor should not exceed 1200 W (e.g., due to motor resistance).
• Check the connections between the plates between the electric heaters and do not damage their connections too much.
Connect the power cord
• Connect the power cords properly, use strong pliers to secure the connectors to the electric heater, handle the cord as much as possible, and use a tube/conduit to protect it.
• Perform good insulation treatment: the position of wire connections under the porcelain heating plate or the crossing between wires and wires is treated with insulating paste and then fixed with insulating tape.
Install the thermostat
• Place the thermostat temperature probe under the heating element where the probe should be placed. The location or location where heat is concentrated and adjust it to control the maximum temperature in real-time.
Perform the test
• After turning on the power, turn on the device for 20 minutes to check if it functions normally and check all parts for anomalies.
• If the circuit breaker is disconnected during the test, check if the capacity is sufficient.
• If there are no anomalies in the above situation, apply silicone insulation or similar materials.
